I'm so bad at keeping this blog alive. I feel like if I don't update it then I'm not really creating work. Not to worry I'm almost done organizing my work from my 3rd term at Art Center, so I'll soon have that collection of work up.

So I've received a lot of messages from kids asking me if I still make art.

Answer: Yes, I do. Just because I don't like posting my work on Facebook does not mean that I don't make art anymore. I'm at Art Center now - along with a handful of my high school friends. Foundation year at art school is very tedious and is mostly "assignment based", I've always felt that assignment based homework is kinda lame (especially here since I'm not really thinking outside the box).

Art Center's first three terms are VERY HEAVY on skill building, so I don't have any fun projects to show.

So, my newest series has to do with the cycles of sleep; it's a very interesting subject that has roused me of late. This piece along with the previous post and some other pieces I haven't posted deal with this concept.

Ok. So, I launched this blog about two months ago because I wanted to publish my art and lacked the money to make a super savvy site to do so. Unfortunately, I also lacked the words nessesary to keep an e-journal, expressing my thoughts on paper is hard, the internet is a WHOLE other league of self exposure. Today, I finally found the drive to keep a blog for my art and sanity.

My plans for this blog are as follows: write down my thoughts on art, recounts of dreams and post a picture or two of my art.
